I work with adults and couples who are feeling weighed down by anxiety, living with the echoes of past trauma, navigating grief, managing anger, or going through major life transitions. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore what’s been holding you back and begin moving toward healing.
In our sessions, we’ll go at your pace, honoring your story and the strengths you already bring to the table. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and I use Brainspotting Therapy to reach the deeper parts of the brain where unresolved trauma can get stuck. This combination allows us to address both the immediate challenges and the deeper roots of emotional pain.
