This helpful and interactive workshop is all about learning how to deal with stress in a healthy way. Led by a trained mental health professional, you will learn what causes stress, learn and practice practical techniques for coping with stress exercises, and create your own individualized stress busting 'tool kit'.

Come for relief, education, connection and comfort. This is an open support group, meaning if there is space for a new participant, they are welcome to join. Participants must register prior to attending. The facilitator will provide a group theme and education on a topic that correlates with anxiety. Participants will learn tools for coping, self-soothing, and grounding, and share as they feel comfortable.

This support group will: provide a safe and non-judgmental space for women to express their feelings; address societal stigma and misconceptions surrounding childlessness; promote self-care and mental well-being for women who are childless as a result of infertility or circumstance; celebrate and validate the diverse paths to fulfillment and happiness. Prior screening + registration is required.
